This document offers insights into the specialized three-month extended digital marketing training program offered by HaHuJobs. The training features reading and implementation assessments, where trainees submit exercises for evaluation to receive feedback for improvement or qualification then used to measure trainee comprehension. Assignments are given to trainees during and after each training component. This specialized training will be administered in both lectured and practical lesson engagement formats based on the instruction from the trainer. The training session will feature a lead lecturer and guest lecturer (who will demonstrate the contexted use of the skills taught in this training for one's professional growth).
Trainee Qualification Requirements and Prerequisites
- Basic computer and related literacy: Trainees should be conversant in the fundamental use of a computer, browsing the internet, familiarity with social media platforms, and marketing or sales inclination.
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals (recommended, not mandatory): Although not mandatory a foundational understanding of marketing principles is beneficial for the optimal benefit of this training.
- Good handle of the English language: Good written and spoken English skills are a basic requirement to be eligible for this training.
- Educational qualification: trainees are required to have at least completed the 10th-grade level education to be eligible for this certification.

The training will be delivered using a blended class format, combining:-

This specialized training is designed for beginners with a solid foundation in digital marketing concepts and also experienced marketers seeking to enhance their knowledge. The curriculum delves into key industries within digital marketing, including e-commerce, B2B, real estate, product delivery, and service providers. Tailored examples and case studies specific to these industries will be utilized to enhance the learning experience for students likely to encounter such scenarios in their careers.

Training Objective
The course is structured to strike a balance between theoretical knowledge, practical application, and soft skill development. This will equip students with the understanding, skills, and capability to bridge the gap between client needs and targeted customers using effective digital marketing strategies. The training is divided into 3 distinct phases, each focusing on a specific learning objective:
Phase 1: Foundational understanding of digital marketing: Lectures, readings, and presentations covering essential concepts, principles, and frameworks relevant to digital marketing. Trainees will gain a comprehensive understanding of essential areas like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Content Marketing.
Phase 2: Practical digital marketing skills development: Hands-on exercises, projects, case studies, or simulations where students apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. This may include practical sessions, workshops, or scenario-based engagements. To build on the foundational knowledge offered through the training components, this phase focuses on developing practical skills. Trainees will engage in hands-on exercises, case studies, and project work on a chosen specialization (SEO, SMM, or Content Marketing) to implement digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Phase 3: Professional Growth in digital marketing: Workshops, group discussions, role-playing activities, or reflective exercises aimed at developing interpersonal skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. This phase emphasizes professional development, helping trainees refine their skills and prepare for real-world digital marketing challenges.
Training Subject Areas
This course content is primarily aimed at offering a foundational understanding of how digital marketing concepts strategies and their application in bridging the gap between client engagement and customer acquisition. The training teaches on focusing client needs, developing buyer personas, and implementing targeted digital marketing strategies as well as crafting winning campaign strategies. Focusing on components specified below: -
Understanding Client: In the first component of this training, we'll focus on understanding our clients through 3 key areas: defining their needs and goals, understanding client personas and communication models, and setting specific measurable attainable, and realistic goals for client success.
Buyer Persona Development: The second component of this training focuses on Buyer Persona Development, comprising three key elements: understanding customer needs and pain points, creating detailed buyer personas, and utilizing them for marketing strategy.
Common Digital Marketing channels: The third component covers various essential digital marketing channels that are crucial for client success, including social media marketing, Content Management Systems (CMS) and website development without coding, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). By understanding key digital marketing channels and strategies, learners are equipped to develop effective client campaigns and achieve success in the digital landscape (we'll cover this in more detail about campaign success in the next component).
Campaign Strategy and Execution: In the last part of this component, you'll learn how to create compelling campaign plans aimed at driving maximum ROI (return on investment) and reach the target audience using the best strategies and techniques. This includes mastering search engine marketing, optimizing Google Business Profiles, Email and SMS marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will also cover essential aspects of data analytics including web analytics for driven decision making.
Assessment and Evaluation
Successful training thrives on challenges and practical applications of the principles taught in each session. Hence trainees will be assessed through a combination of methods, including:
- Case studies: we provide a real-world marketing scenario and have students present their proposed solutions and strategies.
- Campaign development: Students will present their group project campaigns, highlighting the chosen tactics, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
- Assessments: A well-structured digital assessment with a mix of multiple-choice, and true or false questions will be used to evaluate students' understanding of advanced digital marketing concepts.
