Introduction

This training program is designed to help job seekers find and apply for jobs using modern digital tools. It teaches participants how to use the HaHuJobs platform, create professional documents, and prepare for the workplace. The goal is to make sure every trainee has the skills to get hired and succeed in their new career.


Trainee Qualification Requirements and Prerequisites

  • Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and browse the internet.
  • Communication: Basic ability to read and write in English and local languages.
  • Education: Minimum of 10th-grade education or equivalent.
  • Tools: Access to a smartphone or a computer with an internet connection.


Training Delivery

The training uses a mix of different learning methods:

  • Teacher-Led Lessons: Explaining the main ideas and showing how the platforms work.
  • Practical Practice: Trainees will build their own CVs and apply for real jobs during class.
  • Group Discussions: Talking about workplace ethics and sharing feedback on documents.
  • Assignments: Tasks to complete on LinkedIn and the HaHuJobs Telegram bot.


Total Duration

  • Time: 5 Day (15 hours total).
  • Schedule: 5 classes, each lasting 3 hours.
