About this Role

Job Requirements

• Education: TVET/Technical Certification in Electrical, Plumbing, or with related field of study.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years 

• Quantity Required: 1 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation works

• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs in residential or commercial properties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues

• Identify technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Prepare and submit reports on completed work and identified issues

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations
