Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing Lead
The strategist driving revenue and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Acquire high-value merchants, partners, and clients across all ventures.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Digital Leadership: Lead marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Telegram.
Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate the Sales Army (Associates) to ensure targets are met.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute growth campaigns; provide weekly reports and market insights.

2. Content Creator & Brand Storyteller
The creative engine for our multi-venture ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Scale Production: Create high-quality videos, reels, photos, and graphics for TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Creative Direction: Develop new storytelling formats and translate leadership ideas into impactful content.
Social Media Management: Plan content calendars, monitor trends, and manage posting schedules/engagement across all brands.
Research & Insight: Study global creators and competitors to identify what resonates with our audience.
Collaboration: Work with the CEO and Sales team on product launches, shoots, and site visits.

3. Sales Associates (The Sales Army)
Ideal for students, recent graduates, and high-energy hustlers

Outreach: Conduct merchant and customer outreach through field sales and product demos.
Marketing Support: Assist with social media engagement and digital marketing posts.
Market Intelligence: Collect ground-level feedback and report progress in weekly meetings.

Job Requirements

1. Sales & Marketing Lead
Strong background in sales, marketing, or growth roles within tech/eCommerce.
Analytical Mindset: Preferably an Economics or analytical background.
Modern Skillset: Expert in digital marketing and proficient in using AI tools to optimize workflows.
Confident communicator, negotiator, and proactive problem-solver.
2. Content Creator & Brand Storyteller
Technical Mastery: Strong editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere), photography, and graphic design (Canva/Adobe).
AI Integration: Ability to use AI for scriptwriting, image generation, and creative brainstorming.
Writing: Excellent skills in writing captions, marketing copy, and scripts.
Reliability: Consistent, organized, and fast at execution across multiple brands.
3. Sales Associates (The Sales Army)
Ideal for students, recent graduates, and high-energy hustlers.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach: Conduct merchant and customer outreach through field sales and product demos.
