About this Role

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential importers, exporters, and project clients

• Promote Sunrise Logistics services and prepare client presentations

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals

• Support RFQs, tenders, and business development initiatives

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with operations teams

• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally

• Support client retention and repeat business

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Logistics, Economics, or related fields

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, banking, logistics, or import/export

• Strong communication skills 

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discipline

Advantage

• Experience in logistics, customs, freight forwarding, or trade-related organizations

• Existing client or business network
