About this Role

Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer I is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch and will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

  • Experience Requirement : Minimum of 1 (One) Years relevant experience in a Bank

Skills & Competencies

  • Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.

  • Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.

  • Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
