Position Purpose 
Lead channel development initiatives by designing and executing strategies for key accounts, draught channels, and emerging customer segments. Ensure effective trade marketing programs, tailored activations, and channel-specific growth to maximize revenue and visibility.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel-specific strategies aligned with overall commercial objectives.

  • Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring compliance with trade agreements and execution standards.

  • Oversee draught channel operations, including equipment deployment, maintenance, and on-premise activations.

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to deliver tailored promotions and activations for each channel.

  • Monitor channel performance, track KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Drive innovation in channel development, identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all channel activities.

  • Lead and coach direct reports (Key Accounts Coordinator, KA Market Activation Lead, Draught Channel Coordinator) to achieve performance targets.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 8–10 years of FMCG experience in trade marketing, channel development, or key account management.

  • Strong expertise in customer engagement and channel execution.

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to design and implement channel strategies that drive measurable growth.

  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and KPI management skills.
