About the Role

• AeTrade Group is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing and Customer Growth Officer to lead digital marketing, customer acquisition, marketplace visibility, vendor promotion, buyer engagement, and platform traffic for Sokokuu Marketplace. 

• This is a growth role, not only a communications role. The successful candidate will turn products, vendors, categories, campaigns, and success stories into customer engagement, buyer acquisition, vendor visibility, and transaction growth. 

• This role is part of the Commercial Track of the Sokokuu Marketplace Unit. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing and customer growth campaigns for Sokokuu Marketplace.

• Promote vendors, products, marketplace categories, seasonal offers, trade campaigns, and platform opportunities.

• Manage social media, email campaigns, SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, digital advertising, content marketing, and marketplace promotions.

• Support customer acquisition for buyers, vendors, partners, and platform users.

• Work with vendors to improve product descriptions, images, storytelling, branding, and online visibility.

• Coordinate with AeBizMedia or communications teams to produce videos, success stories, vendor highlights, and digital campaigns.

• Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, customer acquisition cost, and transaction contribution.

• Prepare campaign reports and recommend improvements based on analytics. 

Job Requirements

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, ecommerce, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, customer acquisition, social media management, content marketing, or ecommerce promotion.

• Strong writing, storytelling, campaign management, analytics, and digital content skills.
