Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote and market properties for rent and sale to potential clients

• Generate leads through various channels and actively follow up on prospects

• Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations to clients

• Negotiate terms and agreements to successfully close sales and rental deals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Maintain an updated client database and track all interactions and transactions

• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports

• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities
