Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or with related field of study

Experience: Minimum of 2 years 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall company operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business activities

  • Lead and manage all departments including Sales, Property, Finance, and Marketing

  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and growth initiatives

  • Monitor departmental performance and ensure targets and KPIs are achieved

  • Make key operational and strategic decisions to support business success

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to company owners or stakeholders

  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control across departments

  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and organizational performance

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to department managers and staff
