We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for home décor, and the ability to drive sales by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 1- 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their furniture needs.

  • Provide detailed information on product features, materials, warranties, and pricing.

  • Assist customers in selecting furniture that suits their style, budget, and space requirements.

  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure products are displayed attractively.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.

  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
